What was your favorite part of AEG's Season of Giving service day? The genuine enthusiasm of AEG’s volunteers and their eagerness to help the school, and put a smile on students’ faces.
What do you feel students took away from the event? The humanity of the volunteers. That sense of pride knowing that they have murals that encourage them to continue to achieve and motivate them to always do their best.
What was the most meaningful aspect of the event to you? The corporate support for the community – for AEG employees to take time out of their busy schedules to come and show the students that people care about them.
Do you have a favorite mural from the day? This is a tough one to answer. The mural that is popular around the school is definitely the Dr. Seuss mural. The students enjoy seeing all of the characters, especially “Thing 1” and “Thing 2.” My favorite mural is the one that says, “We are going to college!”
What was your favorite part of the day? AEG’s generosity and commitment . . . to help our school achieve our goals.
